1. Who we are

Unrealkits sells mystery football kits at unrealkits.com. This policy covers what we collect, how we use it, who we share it with, and your choices. Contact: support@unrealkits.com.

2. What we collect

• Order and contact details: name, email, delivery address, and (optionally) phone number.
• Payment: card payments are handled by our payment processor — we never see or store your full card number.
• Usage and device data (pages viewed, actions, device/browser) and your approximate country, derived from your IP address.

How long we keep it: We keep order records for as long as we need them for the order itself and to meet our legal and tax obligations — UK tax rules require business records to be kept for six years after the end of the accounting period they relate to. Contact-form messages are kept while we deal with your enquiry and for a reasonable period afterwards in case you get back in touch. Marketing data is kept until you unsubscribe. You can ask us to delete your data at any time — see section 5.

3. Cookies, analytics & advertising

Analytics — no consent needed. We use a cookieless, privacy-friendly analytics tool to collect aggregate statistics about how the site is used, solely to improve it. It sets no cookies and stores nothing on your device; it creates no persistent or cross-site identifier and does not profile you. This analytics data is never combined with our advertising data. Because nothing is stored on your device and the purpose is purely statistical, it runs for all visitors without consent, and it honours your browser’s “Do Not Track” setting.

Advertising & marketing — consent required. We also use advertising and marketing cookies and similar technologies (from third-party providers) that do require your consent:

• UK, EU or EEA: these do not load until you choose “Accept all” on our cookie banner. Choosing “Reject all” stops them loading, and we remember your choice.
• Elsewhere (e.g. US, Australia): no banner is shown and they load when you arrive. You can opt out at any time (section 5).

4. Advertising measurement

When you complete a purchase, we send an advertising provider a hashed copy of your email address, phone number, name, and the city, postcode and country of your delivery address, so it can measure whether its ads led to sales. This is pseudonymous matching data tied to your order; it is sent from our server and happens independently of the cookie banner.

UK, EU or EEA: you can access, correct or erase your data, object to or restrict its use, and withdraw consent — email support@unrealkits.com.

US — Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information: our advertising cookies and pixels may count as “selling” or “sharing” personal information under California’s CPRA and similar laws. Use the control below to opt out, or email support@unrealkits.com.
